Under the Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) process, vendors become pre-qualified to provide IT services, and agencies can then choose from this list of pre-approved IT service providers to meet their procurement and business needs. The State has checked our references, reviewed our application and approved us to do business with state agencies, making it faster and easier for your agency to complete its projects, saving time and money.

The ITQ process provides statewide IT services contracts that allow all Commonwealth agencies a fast and efficient means to secure IT services with one or more pre-qualified vendors. Commonwealth agencies can acquire their required IT services based on an added-value solution rather than lowest cost by using the existing ITQ contracts.
