Any Suggestions For The Group Website?
I plan on including info about the group, a new user signup form, meeting
 details (for both past and future meetings), topics, meeting location and
directions, a general suggestion form, industry related links, list of member
organizations (probably not names), maybe a discussion forum or a place
 to post items of interest, etc...

I think the website can take care of most of the communication issues.
